DT with the BACK BAY BURNERZ & FRIENDS
DT and the Burnerz hail from the Jersey Shore/
Asbury Park area, and are excited to announce the release of their Debut CD entitled:
'DT with the Back Bay Burnerz & Friends'.
The music on the CD draws from a number of 'roots' influences including the Blues, Rock, New Orleans R&B, Country, Folk, and Reggae. 15 of the 16 songs are composed by DT (Dick Thomas) and the one remaining is a collaborative instrumental named 'Open Passage' and is written by Dick Thomas, Pat Marotta, and Bill Jordan. All the songs have an 'edge' and presence to them that plays well and holds up over time.
All the musicians are veterans of the Jersey Shore Music scene and each bring their own style and sensibilities to the CD:
DT: Guitars, Mandolin, Percussion, Vocals, Producer, Engineer
Back Bay Burnerz: Bill Jordan - Drums, Percussion
Pat Marotta - Bass
Friends: Neil Thomas - Keyboards & Accordion
