Spawned from blues based soil and nourished with influences from both classic and modern rock 'n' roll, Seven Down has grown to be a refreshing addition to Boston's local music scene. Their strong original melodies combined with straightforward rock progressions have garnered praise from local critics and loyal fans.

Priding themselves on live performances, their shows combine an eclectic blend of thoughtful, infectious originals and jams of unlikely covers. The combination results in a distinct sound that is all their own. Guest musicians are often a part of the Seven Down experience including blues harp and saxophone. Gigging and writing consistently, the band has released two CD's, most notably is their recent 12 track trip "Opus". Future plans are to bring their act to bigger audiences in different regions, while expanding their ever-growing grass roots fan base.
