Blasting onto the scene in the summer of 2000 the band has made strides to be a major player in the last year.
Playing shows and selling CD's The HANK is picking up steam.
The HANK has been played on major radio stations in Washinton DC and Baltimore.
They were one of 20 finalists for a major festival that over 500 bands applied.
In their short time as a band they have played at the Recher theatre, Rock Bottom, The Vault and the 8X10.
Recently they appeared on TV on the show MHZ Mix, hosted by Gina Crash of WHFS.
Their Debut album It Just Feels Good... has been released and is selling better than could be expected.
The rhythm section of Mike Blumberg on guitars, Josh Haza on bass and Greg Palmer on drums is not a new creation.
Meeting in their freshman year at Western Maryland College these three began their relationship playing in the stage band and jazz combo.
Being music majors their musical ability and personalities gelled into a chemistry that most bands wish to find.
After attempting other various groups with other singers they finally found their diamond in the ruff.
David also coming from Westminster bonded with Mike.
Finally when the time was right the The HANK evolved.
They are merely a group of friends coming together hanging out and making kicking music.
Their backgrounds have carried these musicians to various experiences playing from Florida to New York.
Playing every style of music from jazz to Gospel.
Trained to play in extreme situations they have gained valuable musical experience and have the ability to play ALMOST any song in the rock genre.
