I have a feeling Keith Richards would dig Melissa Mulligan.
-Frank Critelli, singer/songwriter New Haven, CT
sparrow is Melissa Mulligan’s second release as a solo act supported by a finely-tuned rock band. Her first CD was a full-length album titled Love This Life, released in 2004.
“After 16 months of late nights and live shows, the new songs (many of which are on sparrow) came together with lots of energy. Experiencing the songs live before going to the studio was very liberating. I learned how to shake off the stress of they day and express how awesome love is. And I learned how to get pissed off when needed, too.â€
Melissa Mulligan & Suzanne Vick co-host of The Singers' Circle on WPKN, Bridgeport / WPKM, Montauk, a radio show created by and for indie artists.
