Rebekah Pulley and the Reluctant Prophets: "Songs of Southern Zen from
Pen and Paper to the Electric Den" Recorded in Tampa Bay Florida 2005.

If roots rock were a lazy southern day, Rebekah would be the sun, the Reluctant Prophets the magnifying glass, and Southern Zen the smokey little hole etching it's way into the sidestreet's pavement. The recording contours it's wayward introspection with sensible craftiness. Reminiscently bringing you back to a time when musicians wore their hearts on their record sleeves. Southern Zen harnesses all of the vibrancy of a live band with plenty of elbow room for it's elemental songwriting.

Electric shine never mused it's way so gracefully into a listeners ears.
