We called our small guild of musicians after a landmark near our studio called the Buddha Market, where you could always get groceries at a good price. We're based in L.A. and are releasing 3 albums on cd, each with its' own sound. Our records are from projects completed in the last few years. If you love music, you always want to play. Music takes us to the roots of our humanity. At its heart, rock and roll is a conection to a pagan joy that predates society, relegion, even history. Yet we know the connection is there, all the way to the begining. So you could say that a song is an ode to the infinite, a gesture to forever, a joyous thing to do for its own sake.
